  Hudson Valley Hypnosis Hours and Fees
    Our hours for hypnosis sessions are:
    • Between 10 AM and 4 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays.
    • Thursday evenings between 5 PM and 9 PM.
    • Saturday afternoons between 2 PM and 6 PM. 

    An appointment is required.  Please call (845) 471-0021 to schedule your session.

    As of June 1, 2007, the fee for a one-hour session is $125, and the fee for the intensive two hour session for smoking cessation is $250.  My very effective hypnosis CD for stress relief, reinforcement and a good night's sleep (a $50 value) is included at no charge with your smoking cessation session.
