How to Get to Hudson Valley Hypnosis:
From the South via US 9

US 9, as it runs through the city of Poughkeepsie, is a divided expressway with well marked exits.  If you are coming from the south on US 9, use the Main Street exit, which will be on your right, just after you pass the Mid-Hudson Bridge.

At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right on Main Street.   Continue on Main Street to the fifth traffic signal and you'll see One Civic Center Plaza, a white, five story building ahead on your left.

At this intersection (the fifth light) Market Street is to your right, and Civic Center Plaza is to your left.

Turn left at Civic Center Plaza (in front of the building) and proceed halfway up the block to the driveway of the parking garage, which is on your right just past the bus stop.

After parking, exit the garage on the ground floor near where you drove in.  Walk outside a few yards to the North Entrance of One Civic Center Plaza.

Just in case you decided to park on Main Street, instead of in the parking garage, here's what the building entrance on Main Street looks like:.

You'll see the elevators in the middle of the hall.  The murals, painted by local artist Seth Nadel, are worth pausing to appreciate.

When you're ready, take an elevator to the fourth floor and look for my office, Suite 404, on your right as you get off the lift.

If you're expected, the door will be open - come on in!

Getting Back Home:
As you exit the garage, turn right onto Civic Center Plaza and make your way into one of the two left turn lanes.  Turn left at the light onto US 44/NY 55 heading west. As you bear left to go around the Grand Hotel, make your way into a right turn lane so that you can turn right at the first light, which is Main Street.

On Main Street, heading toward the river, you'll go under the highway overpass (US9) and see the entrance to US9 south on your left.  You're on your way home and feeling wonderful!
