Directions to Hudson Valley Hypnosis:
From the North via US 9

Please remember, you can always call us at
  (845) 471-0021 for clarification if needed.

US 9, as it runs through the city of Poughkeepsie, is a divided expressway with well marked exits.  Just after you go past the Mid-Hudson bridge you'll see an exit for Laurel Street, Rinaldi Boulevard, and Main Street. Take this exit and, at the end of the ramp turn right on Laurel. Proceed to the next corner and turn right again on Rinaldi. You are now heading in the direction of the Poughkeepsie RR station and Main Street.

Turn right (to head East) on Main Street. Continue through three traffic signals and you'll see the five story building at One Civic Center Plaza ahead on your left.

Turn left at Civic Center Plaza (in front of the building) and proceed halfway up the block to the driveway of the parking garage, which is on your right just past the bus stop.

After parking, exit the garage on the ground floor near where you drove in.  Walk outside a few yards to the North Entrance of One Civic Center Plaza.

Just in case you decided to park on Main Street, instead of in the parking garage, here's what the building entrance on Main Street looks like:.

You'll see the elevators in the middle of the hall.  The murals, painted by local artist Seth Nadel, are worth pausing to appreciate.

When you're ready, take an elevator the fourth floor, and look for my office on your right as you get off the lift.

If you're expected, the door will be open - come on in!

Getting Back Home:
As you exit the garage onto Civic Center Plaza, make your way into one of the two left turn lanes so you can turn left on 44/55 and bear left again to go around the Grand Hotel.  Make your way into the right hand lane and follow the signs for 44/55 heading west, toward the Mid-Hudson bridge. That's OK - before you come to the bridge, on your right you'll see a sign for Hyde Park and US9 north. Take that ramp, and you'll be heading toward home and feeling wonderful!
